What do I want? Inspiration. Holding an outbreath = not letting mySelf in. Inhalation = inspiration. When I let mySelf in, I can flowingly express. Inhale, exhale. Complete breath. Receiving and expressing more of the Light that I AM.

This is truly amazing work going to the root of illness, discomfort and limitation. Whatever is stopping you from living fully, this work will help! Do you get stopped by old patterns of fear and anxiety? Brain freeze? Overwhelm? Do you check out mentally? Go numb? Do you experience chronic pain or tension?
These are all signs that you are in defense physiology. The primal survival strategies of fight, flight, freeze or faint have been triggered and the body-mind has not been released from that program.
Holistic Neurology progressively releases the body from defense physiology. This frees you more and more to live in the present — alert, vibrant and energized. It frees up resources that have been previously usurped and habitually held by unconscious defense reactions. This simple hands-on technique goes straight to the primary cause of most illness and discomfort. Many people experience the immediate reduction of symptoms, increased freedom, joy and relaxation.
This work is newly available in New England. Call MariePatrice @978-579-0897 for further information.

This can feel like being the ball in a pinball game- being bounced around, out [...]

And, we don’t have to. We can stay centered in the inner experience, not in a [...]
