Expression of emotion seems to bring up one of those d… if you do, d… if you don’t dilemmas. Do I express my anger, hurt, sadness and risk the reactions of those around me? Or do I hold it in, stuff it, and suffer in silence? Well, here’s another alternative, one that leads to deeper self-understanding and healing of the old hurt underneath it all.
